What an incredible year of change for me and my family? I'm still pinching myself. I continue to adjust to the space we've opened up to spend more time together and to dedicate my work to sharing the message of daily wellness/self-care.
This morning, I woke up at 3am and was a little scared about my business. What am I doing? Is my passion worth the ebb and flows? Then, I wrote down 4 blog topics and a long list of things to pursue this week. Meditated for awhile and dosed back to sleep.
I'm determined to end this year strong and even more focused. Also, to workout (hike, gym, or yoga) daily. Off to the gym now!
